Resolve "ConnectRight Mailer is currently running a job" in PBFirst or PlanetPress

When running a PBFirst™ or PlanetPress® job, the error "ConnectRight Mailer is currently running a job" is displayed or PBFirst crashes.


The ConnectRight™ Mailer job did not clear out of the folder properly.


  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Browse to C:\PRNIN\CRM\CRMHotfolder\.
  3. Delete all files in the C:\PRNIN\CRM\CRMHotfolder\ folder.
  4. Try to process the job again in PBFirst or PlanetPress.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact software support.
