Adding accounts to your online profile

Instructions on how to add additional accounts to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
This article is for clients who have already registered for a Pitney Bowes online account and want to have access to additional accounts. If you are not yet registered, sign up now.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Select the Your Account Business Portal if prompted, otherwise, you will be directed to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Expand the Your Account dropdown and select Manage Accounts.
  4. Select Add an Account.
  5. Enter the account number and press Continue.
  6. Choose one of the 4 validation options to verify the account:
    • Serial Number/Meter Number
    • Invoice Number 
    • Recent invoice amount 
    • Last 4 digits of your Purchase Power account
  7. Enter the required information and press Submit
