Adding accounts to your online profile

Learn how to add your account numbers to your profile.
Manage your products, postage, billing, and payments in one location by adding your 10-digit account number to your online profile. By adding your account number, your PB Postage™ and Purchase Power® account(s) will be added automatically for you.  TIP: If you need to create your account, see how to create your profile .
  1. Sign in to your account. Navigate to your settings by selecting the icon in the upper-right of the main screen, then select Manage Accounts.

  1. On the screen Manage Accounts > Accounts I Access, select the blue link: Add an Account.
  2. A box opens on screen for you to enter your Account number. Then select Continue.
  1. Confirm your information by providing one additional piece of information from the drop-down menu so we can accurately verify your account. Then select Submit.

By adding all of your account number(s), you instantly benefit from the efficiency of our account management system, including paying bills online . You can also manage your products and postage, such as setting meter refill alerts.

Note: If you do not see your invoice or product, the billing account might not be enrolled in the system and will need to be added. If your only Pitney Bowes product is SendPro® or pbSmartPostage™, you may not have an account number. Contact account support by chat or create a case for assistance with adding such accounts to your profile.
