Add Accounts to Your Online Profile

Instructions on how to add additional accounts to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
This article is for clients that have already registered for a Pitney Bowes online account and want to have access to additional accounts. If you are not yet registered, sign up now.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown from the navigation bar and select Manage Accounts.
  3. Select Add Accounts.
    • 💡Tip: Adding a 10 digit Lease/Rental account number will automatically associate any linked PB Postage or Purchase Power accounts. 
  4. Input the account number you would like to add and press Continue.
  5. Choose one of the validation options to verify the account 
  6. Enter the required information and press Submit
