Resetting or changing your online password

Instructions on resetting a forgotten password for your online account, or changing your current password.

Sign in to Your Account to change your password or reset a forgotten password on the Pitney Bowes sign in page. 

Reset a Forgotten Password

  1. Go to the signin page
  2. Select the Forgot Your Password Link.
  3. Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
  4. Select the Reset password link from the email that is sent to you.

Update a Password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account Online Portal
  2. Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be directed to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Your Account and click Password &Security
  4. Enter the new password and confirm the new password 
  5. Press Submit to update the information.
