Resetting or changing your online password
Instructions on resetting a forgotten password for your online account, or changing your current password.
Sign in to Your Account to change your password or reset a forgotten password on the Pitney Bowes sign in page.
Reset a Forgotten Password
- Go to the signin page.
- Select the Forgot Your Password Link.
- Enter the email for your account and press Continue.
- Select the Reset password link from the email that is sent to you.
Update a Password
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account Online Portal.
- Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be directed to the Your Account dashboard.
- Select Your Account and click Password &Security.
- Enter the new password and confirm the new password
- Press Submit to update the information.
