To get started:
When you first sign in, a short tour of the features is available. This tour is not shown again after the initial sign in. Note: If you select the "X" or the button, "Go to Dashboard", the tour will close and is not displayed again.
To get started:
- Go to pitneybowes.com and select Sign In, then select the link: Sign up now.
- Enter the required information:
- Email address
- Account Number - located at the top of your invoice or statement, or in an email sent by Pitney Bowes. Options include:
- 10-digit account number at the top of your invoice (This may be your 'Bill to' or 'Ship to' account number)
- 16-digit Purchase Power® account number
- Select Continue.
- Confirm your company information. Select one option from the menu:
- Serial number - 7-digit number associated with your meter.
- Invoice number
- Invoice amount
- Web registration number. Note: Only some clients will receive a web registration number.
- Select one option from the drop-down menu and provide information to confirm your identity, then Submit.
- Finish creating your profile by providing:
- First name & last name
- A strong password, security question, and answer to your security question
- Lastly, select Submit.
- Verify your new account: A confirmation email is sent to you within minutes. Check your email and select the link to confirm your account.
Note: If you do not receive the verification email, check your junk or spam folder. - You are directed to the Sign In screen, where you can successfully enter your new account using your email address and password.
- Add all of your payment accounts to easily manage billing and statements. Your profile is customized based on your specific products and services, so adding ALL accounts is key.
- Once signed in to your account, you stay signed in during your visit. This gives you authenticated access to all areas of the site.
- Your account gives you easy access to order supplies and manage your postage accounts.
- View and pay invoices and statements online, 24 hours a day, and set up automatic, recurring payments for certain accounts.
- View the rate update status of your equipment.
- Create support cases for technical assistance or account service online.
- View and print meter postage account reports 24 hours a day.
