How to find the device ID of a handheld Tracking Assistant used with SendSuite Tracking

To find the device ID of a Tracking Assistant used with SendSuite Tracking:
  1. Select Windows Start > All Programs > SendSuite Tracking > Utilities > TAPlus Config. A TAPlus Config window will appear.
  2. Sign in to TAPlus Config.
  3. Select Maintenance > TaPlus Device Maintenance.
  4. Select List.
  5. Select the device ID that is not currently in use. Make note of the device ID and formats.
