Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking, Tracking Assistant
To find the device ID of a Tracking Assistant used with SendSuite Tracking:
- Select Windows Start > All Programs > SendSuite Tracking > Utilities > TAPlus Config. A TAPlus Config window will appear.
- Sign in to TAPlus Config.
- Select Maintenance > TaPlus Device Maintenance.
- Select List.
- Select the device ID that is not currently in use. Make note of the device ID and formats.
