How to download and install ConnectRight Mailer

View the system requirements for ConnectRight™ Mailer .

Select the Download Now button to download ConnectRight™ Mailer. The ConnectRight Mailer Setup.exe file downloads into your Downloads folder.



Follow these steps to install ConnectRight Mailer:

1. Navigate to your Downloads folder and run ConnectRight Mailer Setup.exe.
2. The installer welcomes you to the InstallShield Wizard for ConnectRight Mailer. Select Install.
3. Select Next.
4. Select I accept the terms in the license agreement and then select Next.
5. Typically there is no need to change the installation directory. Select Next.
6. Select Install.
7. After the installer completes, select Finish. The ConnectRight Mailer icon should now appear on your desktop.

When launching ConnectRight Mailer for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your Product Key and BPN/CAN (Business Partner Number / Customer Account Number). The Product Key and the BPN/CAN are contained in your ConnectRight Mailer welcome letter that you received in the mail. If you cannot find your welcome letter, please chat with us. Enter your Product Key and your BPN/CAN and select Validate to complete the install of ConnectRight Mailer. If message (65016) Failure validating product key appears, please chat with us.
