How to process End of Day in a SendSuite Live View Project

Learn how to process End of Day (EOD) in a SendSuite Live View Project.

To process End of Day (EOD) in a SendSuite® Live View Project:
  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select the SendSuite Live Projects Login link.
  3. Select SendSuite Live View 2.x.
  4. Select Login.
  5. Select the End of Day button.
  6. Select the Carrier and Account from the respective menus.
  7. Select List Manifests.
  8. Select a Date to close.
  9. Select the Close Manifest button.
  10. Select Refresh at the bottom to view the progress of the manifest.
  11. When the manifest description states "Transmit Data Finish", select Refresh Manifests.
  12. Select the manifest to print:
  • To print a group of documents, select Print Group.
  • To print a single document, select Print Selected.
