Uninstalling and reinstalling SendSuite Mobile on a T747 or T763 Tracking Assistant

Uninstalling SendSuite Mobile
  1. Turn on and unlock the Tracking Assistant.
  2. Swipe left or right to locate the SendSuite Mobile app.
  3. Press and hold the SendSuite Mobile app icon until the screen changes.
  4. Drag the SendSuite Mobile app icon over the trash can in the upper left corner of the screen until it turns red, then release.
  5. Select Ok at the confirmation prompt.
  6. Select Ok after the uninstallation is complete.
Installing SendSuite Mobile
  1. Turn on and unlock the Tracking Assistant.
  2. Using the device's web browser, go to http://<machineIP>/Clientsetup, where <machineIP> is replaced by the domain name or IP address of the SendSuite Tracking application server.
Note: For Pitney Bowes-hosted solutions or servers that are otherwise made public, use the administrator-provided domain name instead of the machine IP.
  1. Select the Download link for SendSuite Mobile APK.
  2. When the download is complete, select the Home key.
  3. Swipe left or right to locate Downloads.
  4. Select Downloads.
  5. Select SSMobile.apk.
  6. Select Install.
  7. Select Done to return to Downloads.
  8. Select Open to open SendSuite Mobile.
