How to export rejected records in ConnectRight Mailer

Learn how to export rejected records for your review in ConnectRight Mailer.

Follow these steps to export rejected records in ConnectRight™ Mailer:
  1. Select Mail List > Select/define filter.
  2. Select Presort Sorted.
  3. Select Mail List > Clear filter. This puts the rejects at the top of the grid.
  4. Highlight from the first row down to the last row that has value in PIECE_RATE.
  5. Select Export.
  6. Select the target export file type.
  7. In the Records to export section, select Current selection.
  8. In the Export all fields section, select No.
  9. Select Next.
  10. Double-click to move fields from the Fields available list to the Fields to export list. Include name, company, and address fields, and fields that will indicate why the address was rejected (example: STD_STATUS, DPV_FLAG, DPV_VACANT, COA_DLVCOD).
  11. Select Next.
  12. Select Browse, navigate to the export target location, name the file, and select Save.
  13. Select Run Export Only.
  14. Select OK on the Export Complete message.
  15. Select Close to exit Export.
  16. Navigate to the export target location and double-click on the file to view it.
