Error EMD00 on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro +

Your device displays error EMD00.




  1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait for 2 minutes.
  3. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
  5. When the device is on the Home screen, scroll down to the application drawer at the bottom.
  6. Tap the double-headed arrow on the right side of the application drawer to expand it.
  7. Tap Rates and Updates to check to see if there are any updates required for the meter to download.
