Turn Paperless Billing on and off for Invoices and Statements
Learn how to go paperless for your invoices or statements by turning paperless billing on.
Turn Paperless Billing on for an Account
Note: When paperless billing is turned on for an account, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be straight to the Your Account dashboard.
- Expand the Billing dropdown from the navigation bar and select Paperless Billing.
- Select Go Paperless for All, alternatively select Go Paperless to set accounts individually.
Set an Account to Receive a Paper Bill
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be straight to the Your Account dashboard.
- Expand the Billing dropdown from the navigation bar and select Paperless Billing.
- Select Edit Settings for the individual account that requires a paper bill.
- Select the Turn off Paperless link to complete the change.
💡Tip: Use the edit settings section to see who last updated the paperless billing setting.
