Turning paperless billing on or off for invoices and statements

Learn how to go paperless for your invoices or statements by turning paperless billing on.

Sign in to Your Account to select paperless billing for your Pitney Bowes accounts. When paperless billing is turned on we will send a notification email each time an invoice or statement is ready for download. 

Turn on paperless billing for an account

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be straight to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Billing and click Paperless Billing
  4. Select Go Paperless for All, alternatively, select Go Paperless to set accounts individually. 

Set an account to receive a paper bill 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Select Your Account Business Portal if prompted, or you will be straight to the Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Billing and click Paperless Billing.  
  4. Select Edit Settings for the individual account that requires a paper bill.
  5. Select the Turn off Paperless link to complete the change.
Tip: Use the edit settings section to see who last updated the paperless billing setting.
