Change the Physical Location or Billing Address

Learn how to update the physical location of a product, or billing address.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown from the top navigation bar and select Manage Accounts
  3. Select the Edit link below the address for the desired account: 
    • 💡 Tip: Edit billing account address can be selected if the billing address does not match the physical location. 
  4. Enter the new address details and Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions. 
  5. Select Review and Confirm
  6. Confirm the new address details are correct and Select Submit.
  7. There are 2 possible outcomes:
    • A case has been created to a representative who will complete the change.
    • The change was made and you will see it on your next sign in.
