Changing your company address for your Pitney Bowes accounts

Learn how to update the physical location of a product, or billing address.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Business Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Edit link below the address for the desired account.
  4. Enter the new address details.
  5. Select the checkbox I agree to Pitney Bowes terms and conditions
  6. Select Review and Confirm.
  7. Confirm the new address details are correct and Select Submit.
  8. There are 2 possible outcomes:
    • A case has been created to a representative who will complete the change.
    • The change was made and you will see it on your next signin.
