Change the Physical Location or Billing Address
Learn how to update the physical location of a product, or billing address.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Expand the Your Account dropdown from the top navigation bar and select Manage Accounts.
- Select the Edit link below the address for the desired account:
- 💡 Tip: Edit billing account address can be selected if the billing address does not match the physical location.
- Enter the new address details and Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions.
- Select Review and Confirm
- Confirm the new address details are correct and Select Submit.
- There are 2 possible outcomes:
- A case has been created to a representative who will complete the change.
- The change was made and you will see it on your next sign in.
