Learn how to set up a belt printer via Bluetooth for a Tracking Assistant used with SendSuite Arrival and SendSuite Tracking.

To set up a belt printer via Bluetooth for use with a TAPlus handheld Tracking Assistant:
- Select the black arrow at bottom of the Tracking Assistant screen.
- Select Exit to OS.
- Select the Windows Start icon > Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
- Select Add New Device.
- Select Add.
- In the list of devices, select the serial number of the printer.
- Select Next.
- Leave the Passcode field blank and select Next.
- Select Yes in the confirmation window. The passcode window displays.
- Select Cancel. The device is added. After a few moments the confirmation window closes and the device list displays.
- Select Advanced.
- Select Serial Port.
- Select Save. The devices are listed and the printer displays as Disconnected.
- Select the serial number of the printer.
- Select COM Ports.
- Select New Outgoing Port.
- Select Next.
- Select COM9.
- Uncheck Secure Connection.
- Select Finish.
- Select OK.
- Select the Windows Start icon twice.
- Select TAPlus to return to normal operation.
