Learn how to set up a belt printer via Bluetooth for a Tracking Assistant used with SendSuite Arrival and SendSuite Tracking.

To set up a belt printer via Bluetooth for use with a TAPlus handheld Tracking Assistant:
  1. Select the black arrow at bottom of the Tracking Assistant screen.
  2. Select Exit to OS.
  3. Select the Windows Start icon > Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
  4. Select Add New Device.
  5. Select Add.
  6. In the list of devices, select the serial number of the printer.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Leave the Passcode field blank and select Next.
  9. Select Yes in the confirmation window. The passcode window displays.
  10. Select Cancel. The device is added. After a few moments the confirmation window closes and the device list displays.
  11. Select Advanced.
  12. Select Serial Port.
  13. Select Save. The devices are listed and the printer displays as Disconnected.
  14. Select the serial number of the printer.
  15. Select COM Ports.
  16. Select New Outgoing Port.
  17. Select Next.
  18. Select COM9.
  19. Uncheck Secure Connection.
  20. Select Finish.
  21. Select OK.
  22. Select the Windows Start icon twice.
  23. Select TAPlus to return to normal operation.
Note: If multiple printers are used with multiple Tracking Assistants, be sure to keep the correct printers and Tracking Assistants together. There will be a serial code on the printer to match the list of available Bluetooth devices on the Tracking Assistant.
