How to set up Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator in Windows 7 for SendSuite Tracking

To set up Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) on a Windows 7 computer:

Select the Windows Start icon.
In the search box, type dcomcnfg.
Select dcomcnfg.exe.
Expand Component Services.
Expand My Computer.
Expand Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
Right-click on Local DTC and select Properties.
Select the Security tab.
Select the following settings in the Security Configuration dialog box:
1. Select Network DTC Access.
2. Select Allow Remote Clients.
3. Select Allow Remote Administration.
4. Select Allow Inbound.
5. Select Allow Outbound.
6. Select No Authentication Required.
7. Select Enable XA Transactions.
8. Select Enable SNU LU 6.2 Transactions.
Select OK.
