Issue
When trying to print an End of Day FedEx (FXO) manifest report, the message "A manifest will not print, as it is only required for FedEx Online Ground shipments" appears.
Cause
The manifest report can only be printed on the day for which the manifest was open.
Resolution
Print the manifest report on the same day for which the manifest was open.
