Printing a shipping label on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Before you begin
Important Update: New Shipping App Coming Soon
Starting November 19, you’ll begin seeing our new shipping application on your device. Migration will continue through the end of the year and into early 2026.
What You Need to Do Now
Before the migration completes, please:
- Tap Create Shipping Labels on the Home screen to identify which version of the app you currently use.
- Follow the instructions for your version to complete shipping tasks during the transition.

What’s Changing
You’ll notice interface changes as part of this update. These changes will make shipping faster and more intuitive. There’s no need to worry—your core functionality remains the same.
Method 1
- Tap the carrier you wish to use.
- Verify that the sender address is correct. If not, tap on the Sender field and select a new address.
- Select an account if cost accounts are enabled. Verify the selected cost account. Tap Cost Account and select an account to change or add the account..
- Tap Continue.
- Enter the recipient address manually or tap Address book to select one from the address book.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap a package type.
- Enter the dimensions and weight of the package:
- Tap each dimension and enter a value. Tap the green check mark when done.
- If you have an attached scale, place the package on the scale and tap Weight. Tap Scale and the weight appears. Tap Apply.
- If you do not have a scale, tap Weight and enter the weight, then tap Apply.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap the service you wish to use.
- To add additional services, tap Add additional services. If you are not adding any extra services, go to step 14.
- Select the desired services and tap Apply.
- To print the label, tap Print.
- On the Label Options screen, tap Format and select the printer format.
- (Optional) Tap Print Sample to print a sample label.
- Tap Print again and the label prints.
- You may need to enter the Sender and Recipient's phone number, as it is required for some services.
- The carrier screen reappears.
Method 2
- Tap the carrier you wish to use.
- Verify that the sender address is correct. If not, tap on the Sender field and select a new address.
- Select an account if cost accounts are enabled. Verify the selected cost account. Tap Cost Account and select an account to change or add the account..
- Tap the Down Arrow.
- Enter the recipient address manually or tap Address book to select one from the address book.
- Tap the Down Arrow.
- Tap the packaging type drop down and select the type of package you are sending.
- Enter the dimensions and weight of the package:
- Tap each dimension and enter a value. Tap the green check mark to cycle through each field and when done.
- If you have an attached scale, place the package on the scale and tap Get Weight. Tap Scale and the weight appears. Tap Apply.
- If you do not have a scale, enter the weight in lbs, then tap the green arrow, enter the oz (if applicable), then tap the green arrow.
- Tap each dimension and enter a value. Tap the green check mark to cycle through each field and when done.
- Tap the Down Arrow.
- Tap the service you wish to use.
- Select any extra services that you want to use (if available) and select Choose Service.
- To print the label, tap Print Label.
- Tap Select Print Size drop down menu and select the label size.
- (Optional) Tap Print Sample to print a sample label.
- Tap Print again and the label prints.
- You may need to enter the Sender and Recipient's phone number, as it is required for some services.
- The carrier screen reappears.
