Creating a user on the Connect+ series, SendPro P and SendPro MailCenter
Learn how to create a user on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000, SendPro P1000, SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000, SendPro P3000, SendPro MailCenter 1000, SendPro MailCenter 2000 and SendPro MailCenter 3000.

Follow these steps to create a user:
Note: Supervisor access rights are required to create a user.
- Select the Settings button under Mailing on the Home screen. The Settings screen appears.
- Select System from the list on the left side of the screen.
- Select Users.
- Make sure Enable User logins... in checked.
- Select Add new. The Create Users screen appears.
- Select the Username field to add the new username.
- Enter the username and select OK.
- If passwords are required on your system, select the Password field.
- Enter the password and select OK. Note: Passwords are required for users with supervisor access.
- Select the appropriate user role: OPERATOR or SUPERVISOR.
- Supervisors have full access and create other users, You must have 1 Supervisor.
- Operators may be restricted from certain functions such as refilling the meter. A supervisor can set the restrictions on the Roles setup tab.
- If necessary, select the Password hint field to add a password hint.
- Enter the hint and select OK.
- Select OK to return to the user settings screen.
- Select Home to return to the Home screen.
