Contact Pitney Bowes if the screen is flashing the Pitney Bowes logo for more than an hour.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)


The Pitney Bowes logo is flashing on the device's screen.


The screen does not have enough battery power to complete the power up cycle. 


  1. Allow the device's screen to flash for one hour.
  2. If the flashing logo persists after one hour, please contact us.
