"Inspection Due" or "Pending: PerformAuditReq" on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

If the message, "Inspection Due" or "Pending PerformAudit" appears on your device, it means it has not connected to the post office for its required inspection.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)


The message "Inspection Due" or  "Response Pending: PerformAuditReq" appears.


The SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+ SendPro C Auto automatically connects to the post office periodically for postal inspections. If your device is off or for any reason unable to communicate for more than 90 days, it will no longer feed mail. ​​​


  1. Tap Settings.
    Settings icon
  2. Tap Postage Refills.
  3. Wait for the postage balance amount to appear in the display. You can then feed mail using the Print on Envelopes app.
If this fails to resolve the issue, sync your data.
