"Inspection Due" or "Pending: PerformAuditReq" on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

The SendPro C, SendPro+ device automatically connects to the post office periodically for postal inspections.

If your device is off or for any reason unable to communicate for more than 90 days, it will no longer feed mail. The message "Inspection Due" or  "Response Pending: PerformAuditReq" appears.

You can begin an inspection and clear the message by:

  1. Tap the Settings on the toolbar.
    Settings icon
  2. Tap Postage Refills.
  3. Wait for the postage balance amount to appear in the display. You can then feed mail using Envelope Printing.
If this fails to resolve the issue, sync your data.
