Providing your SMTP information to Pitney Bowes for SendPro Enterprise

Learn what SMTP information you need to provide to Pitney Bowes for SendPro Enterprise.

An SMTP server is required for many of the valuable features and functions in SendPro® Enterprise. To configure this functionality in your system, your Pitney Bowes Installation Professional will need the following information:
  • SMTP ServerName/IP Address
  • Port
  • Username
  • Password
  • Reply-to Address
  • Encryption (SSL) Required (yes or no)

This information should be obtained from your IT staff or IT partner and provided to your Pitney Bowes Sales Partner using the Client Deliverables Checklist that has or will be provided.
