Obtaining the MAC Address on the SendPro C, SendPro+ (2H00, 8H00) while in Out of Box

Applies to SendPro C, SendPro+ models with PCN 2H00 or 8H00
Products affected:
SendPro® C, SendPro®+ (2H00, 8H00)
  1. At the "Connect to Your Network" screen, tap Wireless Network Settings.
  2. The MAC Address appears at the top of the "Select Wireless Network" screen.
Wired (Ethernet)
  1. On the Connect to the Internet screen.
  2. Connect Ethernet cable to the meter.
  3. Select Wired connection.
  4. Select Connect.
  5. After network check completes, tap Details.
  6. Scroll thru Details to locate wired MAC address.
If the MAC address is not populated, try to find it using the following steps.
  1. Tap and swipe down on the tablet to pull down the navigational menu from the Home screen.
  2. Tap Settings (gear) icon.
  3. Tap About this C-Series
  4. Look for the "Base Network Info" section. 
  • The MacAddress field contains the MAC Address. 
  1. Tap Cancel
  2. Tap the back arrow in the upper left corner to return to Out of Box.
