Changing your company name online

Follow these steps to change your company name for your account:
  1. Click directly on the blue button here to sign in and go directly to Manage Accounts Access > Accounts I Access:
  1. On the page, Accounts I Access, locate the account with the company name you wish to update. Under the column labeled 'Company Name', select Change.
  1. Enter your new company name.
  2. Click the Create A Case button to submit your change.
  3. The next page shows the message: “Change Your Company’s Name. A case has been created to complete your request. You will be contacted between 2-4 days.”
To track the status of your open cases, sign in, scroll down to the section, 'Support Cases,' and select the button Manage All Cases.
