If you are not going to use a FedEx or UPS shipping label that was created, you can void it.

Important: This applies to FedEx and UPS only. For USPS labels, you must request a refund.

You can cancel a label immediately after printing it or from the shipping label History screen.

  • Voiding means that you are not going to use the label, so you will not be charged for the label cost.
  • If you do use the label, even after voiding it, FedEx or UPS will charge you for the label cost.
  • The Void button is not available if the label is older than 30 days.

To void the label immediately after printing

  1. On the Carrier screen the message Label Completed appears. Select Void Label next to the Label Completed message.
  2. The Void Shipping Label dialog box appears. Read the information and certify that you will not be using the shipping label by selecting the check box.
  3. Select Yes to void the label.
