Setting up a UPS account on the Connect+ and SendPro P-Series

Learn how to set up a UPS account on the Connect+ and SendPro P-Series.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

In order to use the UPS carrier for shipping labels, you need to set up your UPS account using SendPro Online or PitneyShip. You cannot set up a UPS account on your meter. In your web browser, go to, sign in with your SendPro Online or PitneyShip user ID and password, then follow the instructions in Setting up UPS accounts in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
