Setting up a UPS account on the Connect+ and SendPro P-Series

Learn how to set up a UPS account on the Connect+ and SendPro P-Series.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

In order to use the UPS carrier for shipping labels, you need to set up your UPS account using SendPro Online or PitneyShip. You cannot set up a UPS account on your meter. In your web browser, go to https://login.pitneybowes.com/sendpro, sign in with your SendPro Online or PitneyShip user ID and password, then follow the instructions in Setting up UPS accounts in SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
