Viewing and Tracking Shipments in the SendPro Enterprise Desktop App

Watch this video or follow the instructions below to learn how to view and track shipments in the SendPro® Enterprise Desktop App.

  1. From the Desktop App landing page, click View Shipments.
  2. Enter the desired search criteria then click Search.
  3. Locate the desired shipment in the grid.
  4. To view shipment details, click on it in the grid.
    • The left panel displays overall shipment details.
    • The right panel displays individual package details.
  5. To track a shipment or package:
    1. Click on it in the grid to view the details.
    2. Use the navigation arrows at the bottom of the right pane to locate the package you wish to track.
    3. Click TRACK PACKAGE. Tracking results will open in a new browser tab or window.
