Receive Email Notifications When Postage is Added to a Meter
Learn how to set email alerts to notify you when funds have been added to a specific postage meter.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online profile.
- Expand the Your Account menu from the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select Email Notifications.
- Select the Meter Postage Refill option on the left side of the page.
- Expand the Manage Notifications link for the account where the meter is located.
- Select the serial number from the drop down list under Meter Serial Number.
- Note: If no serial numbers are displayed or the desired serial is not listed then this feature is not available for the meter or meters on this account.
- Input the email address(s) that should receive the refill notification.
- Select the Add or Remove radio buttons as required to add and remove email addresses from receiving the email notifications.
- When finished, select Submit.
