If you haven’t already, you will need to create an online account before being able to change the postage meter refill notifications.
- Sign in to Your Account online profile.
- Expand the Your Account menu from the white navigation bar at the top of the screen and select Email Notifications.
Select the Meter Postage Refill option on the left side of the page.
- Select the Manage Location link for the account where the meter is located.
- Select the serial number from the drop down list under Meter Serial Number. Note: If no serial numbers are displayed or the desired serial is not listed then this feature is not available for the meter or meters on the Account.
- Under the header Enter up to 5 email addresses for each meter add the email address(s) you want to receive the refill notification.
- Select the Add or Remove radial buttons as required to add and remove email addresses from receiving the email notifications.
- When finished, select Submit.
