Receive Email Notifications When Postage is Added to a Meter

Learn how to set email alerts to notify you when funds have been added to a specific postage meter.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online profile.
  2. Expand the Your Account menu from the navigation bar at the top of the screen and select Email Notifications.
  3. Select the Meter Postage Refill option on the left side of the page.
  4. ​​​Expand the Manage Notifications link for the account where the meter is located.
  5. Select the serial number from the drop down list under Meter Serial Number.
    • Note: If no serial numbers are displayed or the desired serial is not listed then this feature is not available for the meter or meters on this account.
  6. Input the email address(s) that should receive the refill notification.
  7. Select the Add or Remove radio buttons as required to add and remove email addresses from receiving the email notifications.
  8. When finished, select Submit.
