Signing in and out of the shipping label app on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto and SendPro CX Series
Sign in to print shipping labels. Signing out prevents unauthorized printing of shipping labels.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00), SendPro® CX 100, SendPro® CX 200, SendPro® CX 300 and SendPro® CX 500
In order to create and print shipping labels you need to sign in to your shipping labels account. You can also prevent unauthorized printing of labels by signing out of your account when you are away from your device.
Please note that the shipping application for the SendPro C devices and SendPro Cx Series does not support Single Sign On for PitneyShip Pro users.
Signing in
Tap Print Labels or Create Shipping Labels on the Home screen to sign in to the Create Shipping Labels app. You need to enter a name and password.
Signing out
- Tap Settings > My Profile.
- Select Sign Out.
