Reprinting Labels and Documents in the SendPro Enterprise Desktop App

Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
  1. From the Desktop App landing page, click View Shipments. This loads the View App.
  2. Enter the search criteria and click Search.
  3. Click on the desired shipment to view the details.
    • To reprint all shipment documents, click RE-PRINT SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS in the left panel.
    • To reprint a label for a specific package, use the arrows at the bottom of the right panel to locate the package, then click RE-PRINT LABEL.
You can also go directly to the View App via the My Apps menu button, which is available in all SendPro Enterprise apps. If you do not see the View App as an option, contact your SendPro Enterprise Supervisor to check your app permissions.
