Stuck on "We're generating your label" or "Generating shipping label" screen in SendPro Online or PitneyShip

Learn what to do when SendPro Online or PitneyShip gets stuck on the message "We're generating your label" or "Generating shipping label" and will not proceed.

Issue

When printing a shipping label in SendPro Online or PitneyShip, it gets stuck on the "We're generating your label" or "Generating shipping label" screen and will not proceed.

Resolution

Firefox users

Firefox may be blocking pop-ups, preventing the label from being created. When blocking a pop-up, Firefox displays an information bar. If you see this bar, follow the steps below.

  1. Click the Options button in the notification bar and choose Allow pop-ups for sendpro.pitneybowes.com.
  2. After allowing pop-ups, reprint the label. See Reprinting a shipping label in SendPro Online.

All users

  1. Sign out of SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
  2. Sign back in to SendPro Online or PitneyShip.
