Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking
When attempting to use an Android handheld scanner, the message "Unfortunately the data widget has stopped working" appears.
The scanner needs to be re-paired with SendSuite Tracking.
- Re-pair the scanner with SendSuite Tracking. For instructions, see Pairing SendSuite Mobile on an Android Tracking Assistant with SendSuite Tracking.
Access to SendSuite Tracking Administrator
After successfully re-pairing the scanner, process a test package and sign for it on the handheld scanner. Sync, then open SendSuite Tracking on the client computer and query the packages processed to verify that it updates.
