Issue
When shipping an international package or using a bulk list to print PB Shipping API - USPS labels in SendPro Enterprise, the message "You must provide a valid duty payer type or configure a default duty payer type within user permissions and international defaults." appears.
Cause
If this error occurs when you are shipping an international package, the international defaults for the profile are not configured.
If this error occurs when you are using a bulk list, the .csv file has the country as "USA" instead of "US".
Resolution
If this error occurs when you are shipping an international package, this issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
If this error occurs when you are using a bulk list, edit the .csv file so that the country column contains "US" instead of "USA", then reimport the bulk list.
