Resolving "Scale not detected" on the SendPro Mailstation
If your SendPro Mailstation displays "Scale not detected" when you place a letter on the scale, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Cause
The device displays "Scale not detected" when you place a letter on the scale.

Try these solutions in order:
- Check there is nothing placed near the device that could cause vibrations for example. a fan blowing air.
- Ensure there are no other devices plugged into the device's USB ports
- Zero the scale
- Connect the scale to a different USB port
- Restart the device
- Hard reboot the device
- Remove any items from the scale.
- Tap Weight.
- Tap Zero Scale.
You can now weight the mail piece again.
If the issue is not resolved:
Try connecting the scale to a different USB port
If the issue is not resolved:
- Hold the power button until the screen displays "Shutting Down."
- Once off wait 5 seconds.
- Tap the power button.
If the issue is not resolved:
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the machine.
- Wait ten seconds.
- Plug the cord back in firmly.
- Tap the power button
