Poor print quality.


The print nozzles need cleaning.


Do not remove the ink cartridge as part of troubleshooting unless you are replacing the ink cartridge
  1. Tap the Settings icon in the toolbar.
  2. Tap Ink Functions.
  3. Tap Clean Print Nozzles.
  4. When complete tap Done.
