The orientation of the screen is incorrect on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

Reboot your device if the orientation of the screen is incorrect.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)

Issue

The touchscreen display has switched from landscape to portrait orientation or displays as a mirror image (a reversed image from left to right as it would appear if seen in a mirror).

Cause

The touchscreen tablet is not configuring properly.

Resolution

Restart the device: 
  1. Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
  2. Wait 2 minutes.
  3. Plug the power cord back in. Check the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
  4. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the meter back on.
  5. Lift up the ink access cover to see if the display orientation changes.
