No label printed when shipping with PON in SendSuite Xpress

If no label is printed when shipping with carrier PON, the computer's internet security settings may need to be changed.

Issue

When shipping a package using PON as the carrier SendSuite Xpress, no label is printed and there are no errors.

Cause

The internet security settings are not correct.

Resolution

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to Security and enable TLS 1.2.
  5. Select Apply > OK.
