Shipments missing from View App in SendPro Enterprise

Learn why shipments are missing from the View App in SendPro Enterprise.

When searching in the View App, expected shipments are not displayed even though no parameters were entered.


By default, the View app only displays the past 30 days of shipment details.

Other sources of data can be filtered at the application level.  These filters can be set by department, location, or user.


To change the date range to view more shipments, in the upper left corner, select the Date From and Date To and click Search.

If you suspect your view app is returning a filtered list, please check your app list for a global view app which will return all shipments within the given parameters or contact your supervisor for assistance.
