Resolve postage balance not showing in PitneyShip but not on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto.
Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (8H00, 9H00)
Issue
The postage balance is $0 in Create Shipping Labels, but PitneyShip shows a balance.
Cause
An internal error can cause this problem.
