When trying to manage transactions using the hierarchy view in Business Manager, the message "Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A017D (CTL_E_INVALIDPROPERTYINDEX)" is displayed.
The default field selections for hierarchy view need to be reset.
Follow these steps to reset the default field/column selections for hierarchy view:
- Sign in to Business Manager.
- Select Transactions > Manage Transactions.
- Select Grid view.
- Select Default > Memory.
- Select Hierarchy view.
Try to use the hierarchy view again.
