In Business Manager, the report is displayed at a small size instead of full screen.
Example of this problem:
The Business Manager report preview is based on the paper size of the default printer. The computer's default printer may have changed.
To resolve this issue:
- Select Windows Start > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on the report printer and select Set as default printer.
- In Business Manager, select File > Default Printer.
- From the menu, select the Windows Default Printer.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact client support.
