"Reading" message and no weight displayed on the SendPro Mailstation
If your SendPro Mailstation displays "Reading" when you place a letter on the scale but does not display the weight, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)

The device displays "Reading" when you place a letter on the scale and does not display the weight.
Cause
Internal error
Resolution
Try these solutions in order:
Zero the scale
- Remove any items from the scale.
- Tap Weight.
- Tap Zero Scale.
You can now weight the mail piece again.
If the issue is not resolved:
- Try connecting the scale to a different USB port
If the issue is not resolved:
Restart the device
- Hold the power button until the screen displays "Shutting Down."
- Once off wait 5 seconds.
- Tap the power button.
If the issue is not resolved:
Hard-reboot the device
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the machine.
- Wait ten seconds.
- Plug the cord back in firmly.
- Tap the power button
