The meter display screen is blank.

Solution 1: Check sleep mode
The meter may be in sleep mode.
- Press any button to wake up the meter.
Solution 2: Check the power to the meter
- Check that the power cord is securely plugged into the back of your meter and a working electrical outlet. If the power cord is plugged into a power strip, plug the power cord into a wall outlet instead.
- Restart your meter by removing the power cord, waiting for at least one minute and then plugging it back in securely. The print cartridge should move while powering up which indicates you have power to your meter.
Solution 3: Optimize the display
Perform these steps on your meter to adjust display contrast. You can do these steps even if you cannot see anything on the screen.
- Press Menu.
- Press Review (up).
- Press Enter/yes twice.
- The meter is now in the Change Display Contrast menu. Press Review (up) to increase contrast.
