Resolve "Validation error: Invalid ship date (Error Code = 10022,..." when shipping though carrier PON with SendSuite Xpress

When processing a package using carrier PON, the following error is displayed:
Validation error: Invalid ship date (Error Code = 10022, Reference = ", Element =


Carrier PON is not open for the current day.


To resolve this issue:
  1. Close all shipping screens.
  2. From the top menu, select View > Manage Manifests.
  3. Select the PON carrier so that it is highlighted.
  4. Select the Close button to close the day.
  5. Select the Print button to print the manifest.
  6. Select the Open New Day button to open the day for the current date.
  7. Select the door icon to close the Manage Manifests window.
  8. Open the shipping screen and process the package again.
