Products affected: SendSuite® Xpress
When processing a package using carrier PON, the following error is displayed:
Validation error: Invalid ship date (Error Code = 10022, Reference = ", Element =
Carrier PON is not open for the current day.
To resolve this issue:
- Close all shipping screens.
- From the top menu, select View > Manage Manifests.
- Select the PON carrier so that it is highlighted.
- Select the Close button to close the day.
- Select the Print button to print the manifest.
- Select the Open New Day button to open the day for the current date.
- Select the door icon to close the Manage Manifests window.
- Open the shipping screen and process the package again.
