Voiding a shipment with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise

Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
  1. Click on the History tab.
  2. Enter a full or partial tracking number in the Search Tracking # field, then click Search.
    (Optional) To scroll through all viewable shipments, leave the Search Tracking # field blank and click Search.
  3. Once the desired shipment has been located, click the corresponding Void icon (red circle) in the Void column.
  4. When prompted to confirm the void, click Yes.
