Voiding a shipment with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise
Learn how to void a shipment with the MailCenter App in SendPro Enterprise.
								
                            
														Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
												- Click on the History tab.
- Enter a full or partial tracking number in the Search Tracking # field, then click Search.
 (Optional) To scroll through all viewable shipments, leave the Search Tracking # field blank and click Search.
- Once the desired shipment has been located, click the corresponding Void icon (red circle) in the Void column.
- When prompted to confirm the void, click Yes.
