The handheld will not scan.
A service on the Tracking Assistant may have stopped.
Follow these steps to restart the Tracking Assistant:
- Press and the hold the power button for about 10 seconds or until the screen goes black or blank.
- Press the power button to turn it back on.
If that does not resolve the issue, try resetting the Tracking Assistant. See Resetting a frozen or unresponsive T745 or T746 Tracking Assistant
If that does not resolve the issue, contact software technical support.
