Issue

When printing the USPS MMS Manifest and MMS Statement from a SendSuite® Live View project, every other page is blank.

Cause

The output settings or the browser is configured incorrectly.

Resolution

In SendSuite Live Shipments Configuration:
  1. Navigate to Shipment Server Configuration > Outputs Documents.
  2. Select the document in question and select Edit.
  3. In the Generate from field, select Carrier.
  4. In the Format field, select Image.
  5. In the Printer Type field, select Client.
  6. Uncheck the Paginate box.
  7. Check the Let Browser Resize box.
  8. Set Print Resize to 85.
  9. Set View Resize to 85.
  10. Click OK.
Note: The Print Resize and View Resize may need to be set lower or higher, depending on the printer you are using.

In the browser:
  1. Navigate to Page Setup.
  2. Set Enable Shrink-to-Fit to True.
  3. Set the Margins as follows:
    • Left: 0.25
    • Right: 0.25
    • Top: 0.25
    • Bottom: 0.25
  4. Leave Headers and Footers empty (all list boxes).
  5. Click OK.
