Issue
When opening Manage Accounts in the Envelope Printing or Printing on Envelopes application, a white screen appears.

Resolution
- From the Manage Accounts white screen, tap the back arrow until you get to the Home screen.
- Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
- Wait one minute.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
- Verify the internet connection by tapping the USPS Mobile icon.
