White screen when opening Manage Accounts in Envelope Printing on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Issue

When opening Manage Accounts in the Envelope Printing or Printing on Envelopes application, a white screen appears.

Resolution

  1. From the Manage Accounts white screen, tap the back arrow until you get to the Home screen.
  2. Unplug the power cord to the SendPro® C-Series meter.
  3. Wait one minute.
  4. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet.
  5. Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on. 
  6. Verify the internet connection by tapping the USPS Mobile icon.
  7. Go back to Manage Accounts.
