Products affected: SendSuite® Live
When attempting to ship a package in SendSuite® Live, the following error message is displayed:
A problem occurred while trying to process your shipment: Partial failure. Some elements of your shipment were successful but other failures occurred. There was a database issue committing the shipment details to the system. No labels or documents will be produced, but successful packages may have been committed and should be voided and re-shipped. Please correct the issue and try again or consult with an Administrator.
The SendSuite Live database has reached the 10GB limit for SQL Express, or the hard drive is full.
This issue must be resolved by a Pitney Bowes representative. Contact software support for assistance.
