How to add or update recipients in SendSuite Arrival

Products affected: SendSuite® Arrival® 9.32 or later
To add a new recipient or update an existing recipient in SendSuite® Arrival®:
  1. From the main screen in Arrival, select File > Support Tables > Maintenance > Recipients.
  2. Select Add from the horizontal toolbar.
  3. Type the information required to locate the recipient for delivery.
  4. Enter the recipient's G number.
  5. Enter the recipient's first name.
  6. Enter the recipient's last name.
  7. Select Save or press F12.
  8. Close the Recipient Maintenance screen.
