"DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed" when launching PlanetPress dashboard

Issue

When launching the PlanetPress® dashboard, the following error is displayed:
 
DataTables warning (table id = 'statusLog'): DataTables warning: JSON data from server could not be parsed. This is caused by a JSON formatting error.

Cause

There may be an issue with a log file or with the ConnectRight™ Mailer license.

Resolution

To resolve this error:
  1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\pbCCMExec\XXXXX\Dashboard\, where XXXXX is a 5-character code to specific to your company.
  2. Rename the file log.txt ​to log.old.
  3. Refresh the dashboard in Internet Explorer. 
  4. Run the job.
