Resolve Error E16 on Relay 1000 & DI200 OfficeRight Inserting System

Issue

The display shows error E16 and the machine will not run.

Cause

There is a material jam between feeder B and C.

Resolution

Check for obstructions in the paper path:

Open jam releases E and D and remove any material.
Close the jam releases and press Trial Piece.

If the problem is not resolved or becomes persistent, contact technical support. Please have your model and serial number ready.
